This Forum feature was added to the PBO Website in keeping with the site's goal of improving information dissemination and communications with all the stakeholders of PBO, including its own members. The primary intention is to provide off-site discussion capability for the Board of Trustees and other invited members of the community.

Registered/Invited Users are advised to carry out two tasks prior to participation in this fora:

Firstly: You are encouraged to upload your picture (avatar ) with the following steps:
1. Click on the "User Control Panel" below Board Index on the upper left hand corner of the screen.
2. Under "User Control Panel", click on "Profile" => "Edit Avatar"
3. Upload your picture. Ensure that this is no more than 90x90 pixels. Use your favorite Photo Editing software.

Secondly: Select the proper time zone to ensure that the correct time is stamped with your posts. Do this by:
1. Click on the "User Control Panel" below Board Index on the upper left hand corner of the screen.
2. Under "User Control Panel", click on "Board Preferences" => "Edit Global Settings"
3. Under "My Time Zone" select [UTC + 8]

Feel free to customize your other settings as you wish.
